- Please be sure to enter your insurance info on the client intake packet in order for us to verify insurance benefits.
- Once completed packet is received, we will review and verify your insurance. A confirmation email will be sent to you within the next 24hrs.
- Email confirmation will also include a booking link for your assigned therapist to review their availability and to set up your Initial appointment and a day and time that works best for you.
