Elysse has provided therapy services in a variety of settings including community mental health, school-based counseling, and telehealth. Elysse operates through a trauma-informed lens and her approach is very client-centered. She believes you know yourself and what you need better than anyone else. She is here to support you during the journey of self-discovery, restoration and finding meaning. Elysse’s experience working with survivors of complex trauma has greatly informed her practice, and she deeply believes in every person’s ability to heal.
