Courtney integrates evidence-based practices such as Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method, equipping her to help couples build stronger, healthier relationships.

Courtney graduated from Brandman University in 2017 with a Master’s Degree in Psychology (emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling). Courtney has experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians since 2021.
