Amy is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and has over 10 years experience in working with children and families. Amy has several years of experience working successfully as a clinician with adults and children on AOD related issues, anxiety, panic disorder, self harm, eating disorders, complex trauma, suicide, depression, fear of leaving the home, and depression. Amy believes in getting to the root of one’s issues utilizing the Psychodynamic Theory as she believes the past can affect how one feels currently as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Amy addresses one’s core beliefs and is client centered letting you decide what you want to address in therapy at your pace in order to reduce or eliminate your symptoms and improve your functioning.
